when nothing but the very best will do, there is only pure cashmere. there is a reason men's full length cashmere overcoats are so sought after, actually there are many. for starters, a 100% cashmere coat will give you a taste of one of the finer things in life, at least according to many. we're not saying you need a mens cashmere coat full length to survive this winter, but that's not the point. if you want to experience luxury comfort and style, there is just no substitute. we also carry some cashmere wool blends, like the frederick and we have many men's 100% wool coats. but if you are looking for something you won't find anywhere else, something you can really appreciate, then our mens full length cashmere overcoat might be just the thing for you.
cashmere is world renowned for its softness. even if you add a little bit to make a cashmere wool blend the fabric will be transformed but pure cashmere has the advantage of lightness, yet warmth and incredible softness. our cashmere overcoat is tailored to the same pattern as the quintessential alpine loden coat "tirol" with the unique alpine sleeves, full back pleat and pants pocket access.

fit
traditional roomy fit, which means it has extra room to layer. for a modern fit, order one size down.
sizes are us sizes. order your regular men's blazer or men's suit jacket size.
this jacket comes in 3 lengths designated by the letter r,s or l after the chest size.
r = regular length, typically fine for men between 5'8" - 6'2"
l = long, has an extra ~1.5" in the sleeve for very tall or lanky figures
s = short, sleeves are ~1.5" shorter for shorter or stockier figures
