We're happy to take back our merchandise for a full refund so long as:
- You send it back in 30 days.
- Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached
- Refunds are made to the original method of purchase.
- Orders outside the U.S.A. are responsible for all shipping charges
To make a return, please use the link above to create a return. For orders within the United States we will send you a free USPS return shipping label. Just print the label and attach it to the original box and give it to the mailman or drop at a post office.
We are not able to provide shipping labels for international orders, or reimburse international shipping expenses.
Exchanges - Need a Different Size?
Please use the link above to create an exchange. But if you're in a rush, we recommend simply placing a new order for the desired replacement size and return the unneeded merchandise by creating a return. Please contact us for size advice or to request multiple sizes to try on.
International Orders
As of September 9th, 2023 we now offer pre-paid import duties and taxes at checkout . If you place an order to be delivered to a destination outside the United States you will be charged at check out for import duties and taxes and the delivery service will be DHL Express. This allows for a smoother delivery and full transparency as to the duties and taxes.
In the event that you need to return or exchange your international order, please be advised you are responsible for shipping the product back to us and the costs of shipping it. Depending on the country, we may be able to create a return shipping label for you, and deduct that cost from your refund.
For returns originating from outside the United States, please use an insured shipping service and send us the tracking number. Send the merchandise to:
