Returns & Exchanges
If the product does not fit as expected we are happy to exchange the item for another size. Simply email us with your request within 1 week of receiving the product and we will send you a USPS shipping label (within US & Canada) to send the original product back to us and upon receiving it we will send the desired replacement size.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in.

If we have the desired size in stock, we will send it upon receipt of the original purchase, in the original box and in the same quality as it was received. If we don't have the replacement size, we will process a refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
We also offer full refunds on all purchases that are sent back to us in original condition and packaging within 14 days of purchase date.
We ask that you send us an email requesting your refund and we will provide a USPS return shipping label upon request for orders within the US and Canada.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days and you will receive an email confirmation. In the event that the item is damaged we will notify you via email.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Our warehouse is in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
