If you're not satisfied with your purchase we offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Exchanges (if applicable)
To ensure you get the right size the first time, we offer free shipping of up to 3 jackets to try on. The extra jackets must be returned (post-marked) within 7 days of your receiving them or you will be billed for them. However, if you declined to receive the extra jackets and the size was too big or too small we are happy to exchange for the correct size if you request the exchange within 30 days of purchase and if the item is in the same condition as it was received.
If we have the correct size in stock, we will send it upon receipt of the original purchase, in the original box with proof of purchase and in the same quality as it was received.
How it works . . .
First send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the nature and reason for your request (refund or exchange). For exchanges, please include the size you would like.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 to 14 days depending on your financial institution.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
