We're happy to take back our merchandise for a full refund so long as:

• You send it back in 30 days.
• Merchandise must be in original condition with tags attached

We are happy to provide a free return shipping label for orders shipping from within the U.S.A.

• Refunds are made to the original method of purchase.
• Orders outside the U.S.A. are responsible for all shipping charges

To make a return, please use the link above to create a return. For orders within the United States we will send you a free USPS return shipping label. Just print the label and attach it to the original box and give it to the mailman or drop at a post office.

We are not able to provide shipping labels for international orders, or reimburse international shipping expenses. 

Exchanges - Need a Different Size?

Please use the link above to create an exchange. But if you're in a rush, we recommend simply placing a new order for the desired replacement size and return the unneeded merchandise by creating a return. Please contact us for size advice or to request multiple sizes to try on.

International Orders 

For orders delivered outside the United States, shipping, import duties, and taxes are all calculated and charged at checkout, with carrier options shown at the time of purchase. This means full transparency on cost and a smoother delivery — your order arrives at your door without being held for customs collection.

However, in the event that you need to return or exchange your international order, please be advised that the shipping cost, import duties & taxes are all non-refundable and that you are responsible for shipping the product back to our South Carolina warehouse.

For returns originating from outside the United States, please be sure to create a return in our return portal so we will know the return is inbound and use an insured shipping service and send us the tracking number.  Send the merchandise to:
